Hello everybody,

It has come to my attention while playing roleplay and the attention of many other roleplay staff members that there has been multiple occurrences of harassment and hate against Trial Moderators. This can range from a simple insult, to multiple demotion threats and reports. These forms of harassment against trial mods is NOT ACCEPTABLE, and will not be tolerated in the future. A Trial Moderator is a staff member with slight permission restrictions as compared to a normal Moderator. The term Trial Moderator does not mean that they are any less human or intelligent than any other player is. All staff members should be treated with the same amount of respect, regardless of rank. If a Trial Mod makes a mistake, it isn’t the end of the world. Everyone makes mistakes, including Administrators, and those mistakes can be fixed and then left in the past. Making a single mistake ingame is not something to demote a staff member for. Harassment and hate speech against a Trial Mod is also not acceptable in our community, and everyone should be treated equally as important. Every Roleplay staff member is important to our community, and we should be thankful for the service they do for us.

Player Consequences

First Offense- Warning and strong discussion
Second Offense- A 1-6 hour ban(if happen in game) or a strike (if they did it on the forums)
Third Offense- A 1-3 day ban (if happened in game) or a second strike (if happen on forums)

Staff

First Offense- Warning and strong discussion
Second Offense- A strike
Third Offense- A strike/demotion

Agreed, what I think is nowadays T-Mods has improved and they are very nice and helpful. They shouldn't be hated at. They are trying to do their job like every other mods/admins.

I am now beginning to take extensive measures to ensure that all staff are respected. We were all trial mods at one point. And they should be treated like any other staff. The point of trial is to make sure the player is fit for the job, not to embarrass them or shame them. Please respect everybody. Well said Hardium.

All staff members are of equal value. If you think it is okay to harass one because their rank contains the word "trial" that is just not acceptable. Every single one of the current RP mods were once a "trial moderator". That rank is in place to see if they are fit for the actual moderator position. Every single one of the roleplay admins started at a trial position. The restrictions they have was NOT their choice. They do the best they can for each and every single one of you regardless of what their limitations are. Some of the best moderators were once a trial mod. If you harass any moderator regardless of their position is isn't okay. It can be considered a player/staff diss as well depending on the severity you do it at.

Our trial mods are some of the nicest people too if you get to know them. I don't know all of them but i know a general handful of them. Some of them are good friends of mine and helped me even get into a staff position through support. Instead of taking the time to harass them and think they aren't of value because they are in a trial position isn't okay. They volunteered to become a trial moderator to aid and help every one of us. Even the current staff they volunteered to help. Every staff member in fact helps one an other. We all learn from each other including learning from the trial mods.

Instead of bothering them and putting them down, put yourself in their position and look at it from their eyes. They are doing what they can for you, and you put them down doesn't seem really mature or even polite. If you were that moderator that you were dissing/disrespecting/harassing i'm sure you, yourself wouldn't like it.

Although im unaware that this is happening i strongly agree that this should be punishable as it is part of cyber bullying calling Trial Mods names. I strongly agree on this rule that Hardium made. Everyone should be with equal treatment

I don't understand why you need to discuss this with Pleblo it's already a global rule and is also on the mod guide?
