Hello all
I am Drakovic, one of the members that make up Doomsday's team and we are currently building a Correctional Facility on the outskirts of the airport furthest away from the main city
While at first i saw Doomsday's idea of building a Correctional Facility Useless it has come to an idea of mine that perhaps we can use it for more respectable purposes, if the admins would hear me out on this i think it could Benefit RP a lot more
Many are the cases where people Kos or break the rules but on minor stages such as kossing without prior warning and such and such
Instead of Banning the players for 6-12 hours + perhaps if they can justify somewhat their situation or perhaps even not they can spend 30 - 2 hours in a jail cell in the CF. If of course they manage to break out or are broken out and they are Caught the time they were staying for would be Doubled and all involved parties would end up in the cells as well
How are you going to keep track of the amount of time one spends in the cells?
Well thats why this act would only happen when PCF members are online and active on duty which 3/4ths of the time they are i mean i know i am
What if they go offline during their CF time?
The time of thier ban would obviously be marked down, if they go offline the ban stops and when they come back online they will be in the same place and it is continued. If they come online in downtimes of the server to escape then their time would be doubled once PFC members find out of their escape and the prisoners get TPed back to their respective cells.
What if they die or kill themselves
If suicide is involved then the time would be added to by half so if the ban is 1 hr and they kill them selves an extra 30 minutes would be added or if it's 2hrs then 1 hr would be added. If they die out of neglect from PCF members then they would be returned to their cell to continue their time in jail then get released accordingly
If you see any flaws with this please tell and i will see a way around it. Because this way in a KoS or rule breaking situation of course depending of the severity of the rule broken the prisoners can actually be transported to the Correctional Facility and then placed in Jail. Personally i think this would be a great addition to RP
