Hello Everyone! As you know i'm PhantomPear the current mayor of PEI #13 and here is a list of laws i have come up with to improve the server.

1) Flare guns are illegal again.
2)Every High-Caliber Weapon Is Now Illegal including its ammo.
3)Refined berries and berry pie are now illegal.
4) These offenses are now warrantable
*Caught Raiding within 5-7 minutes 1500
*Kidnapping 2000
*Caught Dealing Drugs 1500
*Murderx2 1000, Murderx3 1500, Murderx4+(Serial Killer Status) 5000

This is a question I always ask myself, why do mayors make flare guns illegal? Their purpose of being added to #13 was to have a fun, non-pratical mod, and mayors will 50% of the time make them illegal.

Hey Phantom, gratz on your new role my friend - i like your new laws they make a lot of sense, i support the flare gun ban aswell;) they are really disturbing the public when used wrongly hehe
