3. You MAY NOT pop vehicle tires for no reason whatsoever!
These rules conflict with each other because of the following reasons: If a person pops the tires to your vehicle it is considered in-mobile. The natural reaction to any RP especially ones that let you use weapons is to kill the person who "destroyed your vehicle". Well even though it is FailRP for someone to do so. It is a easy method to ban bait someone.
This is a clear example of Ban Bait:
The Outcome:
So the victim was actually a PVP Moderator. Which means he clearly knew the rules and had a idea that they would get off free by doing a warnable offense to get a new player or someone who has not been on in a while to be banned. Warnings are just a slap on the wrist. They can be removed, They do not prevent you from playing, Nobody will keep a eye on you if you have connections with them in any way. As for me it was a ban for KOSx1 when I clearly never broke character & I had valid reason. Even though the ban was lifted I still feel like if this rule is not changed then the players who fall into the same bait will not be able to say it was unjustified like it was for me.
How is this ban bait: Well think of this like cop baiting. I can go and shoot the cops car and wait for them to type a arrest so I can kill them as soon as its said in chat or I can report FailRP Or KOS when they retaliate by killing me in terms of FearRP. Same senario goes if they successfully place the arrest but I am at a great distance and they gun me down. I can report it as KOS & FailRP for not trying to arrest me when I have a gun out at a great distance. Or I could lie to staff saying my gun was never drawn and I was shot without warnings.
Loopholes are all over the rules however considering the ban bait with this one is so easy to do I would advise taking any punishment off of the killer regarding the KOS. This does not justify someone killing multiple people because they are guessing who popped their tires. In my video it shows I killed the correct person who did it so it was justified. But regardless if it is a regular player, a new player who looks for loopholes, or a highly respected staff. They know what to look for in baiting a ban and this is clearly one of the easiest to do.
