Last night I encountered a situation involving a jail break, so it would be helpful if official rules were created so we can better deal with it and see who broke the rules.

I agree, the rules on this seem rather vague. Although I assume it works like a backwards raid, where you raid your way out rather than in.

Minus stealing anything. Although I would add that random passers are not allowed to assist the cops, or the people breaking out, that would be a direct interference of justice and random civilians needlessly put into harm. As it is, I am plenty happy to allow random civilians to help defend my base if I am being raided, I might even give compensation, but as the sun of a cop, I know full well what mindset the police should have. Civilians are not supposed to help the police in such things. The police wouldn't ask a random guy to go in and stop a bunch of bank robbers in real life, so the same rule should apply here. If you want to help people out, become a cop, it's not hard. The police are supposed to protect the server, as in the players, protect and serve. I think I have made my point, let me stop rambling.

Jail break is not a thing. After a player is arrested, put in jail and their sentence time has started, if that player, buys explosives or calls raid it is considered fail RP. The player can escape by running away. Or another player(s) in the outside, are allowed to CALL RAID to break out an inmate. Regular raiding rules apply which means where the player is being held must be able to be considered a base. Saying jail break in chat and then blowing up a base or killing players/officers is considered a false raid because raid was not called.
