Basicly the idea is to be a command like /arrestwarrant (playername) (reason) (award)

This will be used a lot more then kill warrants

Kill warrants shoud ONLY be used for extreme situations such as murder or kidnaping or possesion of 15+ berries

Example for an arrest warrant will be robbing or possesion of more then 5 berries

The reward will be payed out once the player has been /jailed to avoid police officers doing /arrest and then /arrestover instantly , when arresting for an arrest warrant the officer has to do:
/arrest (name) arrestwarrant
the jail time will AWAYS be 10 minutes

A note: the reward is to motivate police if it is not able to be implemented its still a good idea , only police deputy (or maybe police chief, not sure)
Lastly being given a kill warrant for 1 berrie is beyond retarded so thats why i mentioned it
