So me Keemstar , and Tastykeiks were building up to Skytown on the pillars then when we went up there they warned us to leave sky TOWN it is a town and they dont have the right to tell us to get off because it isnt there base it is a TOWN then they shot my friend when he was about to jump off why does skytown really even exist? the pillars are broken and they have that area so no one can be raided there , also they stated that Bannedhammer gave them "special permission" to warn us to leave the TOWN not their base.

Okay, I just want to get one thing straight if an admin has read this. The OFFICIAL Skytown rules (here: http://pandahut.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=3376) has no regulation listed about not being able to raid Skytown, all it states is that IF one was to raid Skytown (so raiding is possible) the citizens can KOS. ALSO, there is no regulation giving the citizens themselves permission to kick people who do not live in Skytown out. As I was literally killed for just being there. If you indeed did engage in conversation with Banned Hammer regarding this as you stated, Apollo/Burnt Toast, then these are false guidelines and should be re-written entirely.

No, You were banned from Skytown from apollo being a co-owner. Apollo then gave you three warnings and even some extra voice chat warnings. Keemstar did not leave so apollo killed him.
Warnings were given, you remained in the town while being banned from it.
Rule #2: you guys were kicked from skytown. You cannot return.

To raid, you can only raid ONE BASE at a time. It is a Sky TOWN. So if I were to raid Apollo's base, ONLY APOLLO, ANYONE WHO LIVES THERE, AND ANY POLICE MAY DEFEND IT. NOT those in the town.

No, I read it and stated why you died and were kick.
I also did tell jello you are able to raid it. one base at a time for each person. example you're group. if raiding solo on 3 different bases. you would be able to raid 3 bases every 30 minutes.

Anyone is aloud to raid the Skytown, I built this town for the people who want to Roleplay peacefully without the drama of KOS,CDM and false raiding. Up here, we have multiple of bases/towns here. The only thing special that banned gave me was, "IF anyone pillar glitches up to reach the town, they can be kos due to exploiting". I'm sorry for the confusion, This town is still a WIP (Work In Progress). These hand-pick individuals would love to keep this town peacefully so, this hostile behavior towards someone who is trying to climb up the town would happen due to safety reasons.

These rules I have placed are for the people who are for the residents who are living in the town, each town has rules and regulations to stay there, mine can be considered to be more peacefully than others.

To answer with the broken pillars, I never noticed and will fix this immediately once i hop into the game. Hope this answered some of your questions.
