Hello and good day to whoever answers my appeal, before I start I know my ban is for an hour but in a schedule that only leaves me to play about 2 or 3 hours a day I dont know if you can understand that I have to get as much done as I can in that little time even more so with so many raids going on, I am aware of the rules of the RP Server Panda#10 and today I have been ban for running someone over, I dont know who this person was but no warning and nothing before hand, I did not try to pick up his loot and he was looking at the sky in the middle of the road if I had seen him I would have dodged him but he was in a turn(i can show you where) so no way to dodge, by the time your read this my ban might be over but I can understand if I get ban for something I did wrong regarding the rules of the RP server but to get ban for running someone over in the middle of the road? I find this to be abuse of power by the person who banned me, I have been given a warning but 1 warning for running someone over on the grass but thats it, I have my gas station in Tacoma and I was buying a license in seattle, going on my way back its where it happened and all I got from the ban was a message that said CDM whatever that means, I would like to know if there is people under your commands that are allowed to do whatever they please, I understand you need mods to keep control but if one of them is going to get upset for getting killed and it was his wrong doing he should just accept it and carry on, instead of having to ban someone that was not at fault, let me know the outcome of this or give me a specif justification as to why this ban on me,
