Umm, I'm pretty sure Battleye doesn't read your computer files for a malicious and file that isn't normal. It merely ip bans you once it detects you using a malicious file ingame. Plus, If someone is ip banned and they do not understand why, they have the right to make a ban appeal.

It doesn't even IP ban you.. If you have any hacking software that is detectable by battleye you'll be instantly game banned (It's like a VAC ban) meaning you'll be unable to go on vac-secure unturned servers. The only time you get IP banned is when you get banned on any of our pandahut servers because our banning system also bans your IP alongisde your steam account.
