I may be relatively stupid for asking this, but I continuously fail to be able to find the place I am supposed to go to apply for a whitelist so that I may join the server. If anyone knows about this, I'd be very grateful for your help with this situation.

Though I still seem to have trouble getting into the RP server on Washington by the name of "Pandahut #10 [Ragnas] [Roleplay] [Roles] [Economy]

When server is 22/24 it means there are 2 reserved spots for Donators and Admins.
