I love the mayor system, because it ads a true leader role, but with every mayor sometimes not being on (or a lot of times) and if a mayor steps down, I think there should be some one who can instantly take there place.I think that it would be a lot more easy for someone to be able to take there place(or assist them) when they need/want them to. Should they have the same amount of power, No they shouldn't, but I think they should be able to have Nearly as much power as the mayor.I think this is a good idea,how about you?

Many mayors have already had a vice mayorship between themselves and the vice mayor. Sometimes it's their contestant in the politics, other times it's just one of their friends that has no clue what to do. Thus, an official vice mayor would be unnecessary.
